Hey This time now i am 25 ....... On 15th Of sept I reached this...
Well This My B'Day Was Quite good than Previous Year , I was Alone Previous Year ..
On Office i distributed Sweets and Got Lots of wishes in office .. And On the same Day Also in eTrust Another Colleague of mine has also celebrated her b'Day ... Her Name Is richa ... we both wished each other .. Well on that Day it was Raining Hard , So We Postponed our Party for next week .
In the evening When I came to Home it was real Sweet celebration at home , A very Good Cake Brought By my Brother and Cut the Cake and Had a very nice dinner ... Well it was real familiar manner in which i always Liked ...

An Interview Day to Remember
Well This interview incident Will be in my eyes always .... ;)
I am not naming the Comany name But everyone knows it , its a well renound service industry in india .. its india's one of largest software Exports corporate ..
When i got the call from this , i was really excited but Was confused beacuse i have now 2 offers .. so whether to attend this or not ... But finally decided to attend this ....
So just describing now the real incident .. its one of the worst kind of interview i have ever attend .
I entered in the large building of its .. But waited till 1 hr When my turn come in .. i was little bit frustrated because i was already late for 1 hr from interview which is supposed happen before 1hr .
ok never mind i entered the one of the Conf room .. I saw 3 people .. And i say Hi ..
To my Surprise One of the interviwer taking Snaks ( He was eating a part Cake ...)
This made very frustrated and angry , i can not able to imagine how can interviwer will eat at the time of the taking interview. But was able to hold me off .. Well he asked my one of funniest question one ever asked to me in interview .. i.e What is a OOPs ???????????" I just said there are various concepts in oops .. What do you want to know specifically just let me know " then only he asked me specifically " What is inheritance ?" i described him .. what is that ... other 2 mebers are some how good in asking some sensible questions .. i was really frustrated with the 3rd persion .
Well in the interview process he asked me lots of stupid questions Like "Can Multiple people check in the code in CVS !! Bla bla bla ... But Up to which i can tolerate !!! Finally in this process of interview .. i said I am looking for the Real development work thats why i am looking for a change .. aftre that he is asking me what do you mean by real deveopmnent work !!! i was frustratedly told him that Real Dev Work means Nobody will develop the modules and design and implementation will be going to be done my My team ...." Theen he said to me The Services industry like us we never encourage Junior people to Give choice for development work or maintenace stuff .. i was really angry at that time , i just lost my kool then directly said to him ... how come they are taking resource with out clear about the role " .. i said directly if it is going to be maintanice stuff only then " i am least bothered " .. first clear about the role then let me know regarding this ... " ... i know i should not say up to that extent .. but i lost my kool Head ..
Then said Hr Will get back to me regarding this ...i thought i am never going to pass the interview ... i just came out from the conf room and march ahead to wards My home without meeting with Hr ... but to my surprise ... I got a Call from Hr in the Evening said i am through the tech round Now Another Round will happen on next week With Some Senior persion ....
offff .. i can not able to understand till now how come i am able to through the interview ...
never mind will write ahead incidents in the future blogs ..... :)

My Resignation Day
After long time i am writing this Blog..
This Month is actually Becoming very fruitful for me ...
Got 2 good offers by 28th of Aug . aftre that I thought to resign from Ca .. But Frankly speaking I have given a Lot Of thought for that .. Finally 18th Night i came to conclusion that i should resign from Ca .. On the Next morning i.e 29th Probably at 12 O clock i called on my Manager and finally told that i am going to resign . He just stunned aftre my Say . Frankly speaking Nobody in My team as well as in My Brand has never been thought that Sumit will Leave Ca like this , Then My Manager Called On My director instantly . I thought of meeting them Individually , But never happened .They both Called me in the Conf room : and tryed to persuade me as very much . But As i have decided , i had to stick to my decision , Well It went on little bit Longer . And finally She took Half a day to Think on the clauses which i have described in the meeting .. After that also I was quite relieved . On the Day after The Hr mananger Called me Suddenly , I was taken by surprise now this time , Nobody Called On before on the Next day to HR In ITC . After that Meeting with HR , aftre hearing my clauses it was finally official about my resignation .
it was a tough Day for me . But went on well ..
Finger Crossed Ahead on my new comany and Career ahead .
